Proteinex®-18 liquid lemon lime is a predigested liquid protein that provides 18 grams of protein (essential and common amino acids) in a concentrated one ounce serving size. Each bottle contains 30 ounces for a total of 540 grams of protein per bottle! This liquid mixes instantly with citrus flavored drinks and juices and has a mild citrus flavor. It can also be taken straight if you are in a hurry, two tablespoons full provides 18 grams of muscle building protein. Patients need 60-75 grams of protein per day after surgery.
